It's still Orctober!

Hello again! I've still been beavering away at various greenskins this past week, so in an effort to revive this blog I'll stick them up here as well as on Facebook. I kicked the week off with an Orc shaman, but after that moved on to some goblins for the orcs to kick around,/throw in front of arrows etc. All but one are old citadel, the guy in plate armour is from 4A miniatures, and is a fantastic little sculpt. I struggled a bit with a coupl of the goblins, the detail was very small and in some cases very soft, but I soldiered on and got through it! I also added some real, albeit thick, muscle to the warband with a stone troll. This range of trolls is up there with my favourites, and I've managed to get hold of four of them over the years, but at some stage I'd love to get the whole set. Anyway, enough drivel, you're here for pics, so here you go and thanks for looking!
The last weeks total output, a few really nice sculpts here, but the one on the far right was a little bollocks to get looking decent..
The whole warband so far, I'm really chuffed with how it's coming together, I'd like to add a few more bits to it, like a handful of archers and a couple of squigs (if I can find some at a decent price), but the lure of a new project is calling to me, so we'll have to see what wins the battle of wills! See you soon folks!

Yaaar!

Two posts at once! You lucky bastards! Keeping with the theme of the month, I also got another member of the Skabby Wagon crew done to join my Ork freebooters, so here he is along with a group shot of the crew as it stands so far. Thanks for looking!

Orctober!!!

Hello all, long time no see! Sorry about that, I've been working away, but more active in Facebook than here I'm afraid.. Anyway, seeing as it's now Orctober, and I've got a blog, I thought I'd throw my squig in the ring with a small Orc warband I've been working on this week. Thanks for looking!
